Jack Simpson, our Founder, and the father of the modern portable cold water pressure washer industry. In the late 50's... Jack Simpson built the first pressure washer and an industry was born. These original cleaning machines were used exclusively by professional Painting Contractors and were popular rental items in the early days. Jack continued to refine his invention and they took on a reputation for innovation, quality, durability and unequalled ruggedness. Simpson pressure washers became and are still known as the "Rolls Royce" of the industry because they were built to Jack's standards... each nut, each bolt, and every weld had to be "just so"... because it had his name on it. From the early days in Clearwater, FL to this day in the current facilities in Siloam Springs, AR, Simpson Cleaning Systems still subscribes to Jack's philosophy of building machines to meet the demands of the professional contractor.
