MSV3024 is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delicate/Broken Pressure washer Thought I bought this pressure washer (Model #: MSV3024 P/N: 60583:) at a local Costco in Charlotte NC , a couple of years ago , I had it used it a very few times( less than 5 times). To my surprise hose inlet broke while I was moving the hose Looks like Hose water Inlet connector is too delicate. I am very unhappy with product as I expected pressure washers and other outdoor utilities like this lo be little rugged at least and durable. Now I am not sure if this is covered under my warranty or would have to spend a fortune to replace this as it looks like parts are very expensive. I do not think I can now go for a part purchase , instead I should go for a cheaper pressure washer and trash this one. Very unhappy the way it is been built and I believe I will never go for this product again. Pictures attached.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ran great 4 times and blew out! I bought this unit from Costco on 4/19/2013. I've used it four times. The engine runs great. It starts right away. The fifth time I ran it, it ran for a few minutes of continuous use. As soon as I released the handle the unit had no pressures and tarted leaking from the bottom. I turned it off and found a screw or plug was blown out and completely gone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pressure Loose I purchased this pressure washer 2 years ago and it has been working great until yesterday. It was running funny and smelt like something was burning. It all of a sudden lost all power. Engine still runs but no power at the wand. Any suggestions to repair sure would help. I've almost finished washing my entire house and decks. It's been a great machine. Time for some repairs to get it back up and running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Serves its purpose Have used twice on concrete driveway and it quickly removes stained areas. Cleaned grill with same nozzle very quickly as well. Using different nozzle and removed oxided layer of stain from wood decking. Have not used with soap applicator bottle. Only drawback would be the size of the gas tank, though it forces me to take breaks that I probably wouldn't unless the engine stopped for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Runner I bought mine through Costco 2 seasons ago. Fuel it up, turn it on, pull out the choke, pull the starter, and off you go. No hassle, no problem. It just runs all day blasting Oregon smut off concrete, brickwork, and cars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is my second one My first MSV3024 started leaking oil on the floor after I would it and put it up. Took it back to Costco and purchased another one. This one needs to warm up quite a bit before I can start spraying or else the motor dies. A minor inconvenience but it shouldn't happen. Otherwise it works well. Today I mangled one or the "O" rings on the high pressure hose. I called Costco's concierge service to find out the size of the "O" rings. They didn't know and put me on hold while they called Simpson but they couldn't make Simpson understand what I needed so the put me on the phone with Simpson. He must have been a new guy... he had no idea what I was talking about and finally said most people don't replace the "O"rings they just buy a new pressure hose. So I rolled my eyes, politely thanked him, and hung up. I'll just take the "O" rings off of the other end of the hose to the hardware store and match them up, but it would be nice to have the sizes of them in the owners manual, since they are items that will need to be replaced periodically. Also, putting the hose/wand hanging apparatus on the same side of the sprayer as the muffler is on is probably not such a good idea. I haven't burned a hole in my hose yet, but I'm sure it's going to happen at some point. All in all this is a easy and convenient to use sprayer.

Hi, I have a MSV 3024 unit which was purchased in Feb, 2014. I have used it maybe four times and have changed the oil as recommended. I used it this week and then noticed oil leaking from the bottom of the unit. I turned it off immediately. Any ideas?

The engine user manual lists 12-13.5oz. I filled with 12oz before 1st use and the oil level was a bit over full.
