I purchased this 61367 on 8/23/2024,as a replacement for a 61224. I started it and noticed white exhaust smoke. Thinking this was residual oil, no a big deal. I noticed a splattering of oil coming from the spark the spark and also out the back of the unit. Talked to customer service and they recommended I take the unit back to where I bought it. I've purchased and replaced two 61224's since 8/9/2023 and now have to return this one. All three appear to have a seal or gasket issue as there is white smoke and oil coming from the exhaust.

This had a problem from the start ,where when you released the trigger, it might take it a minute or more to resume spraying, until now a year later, with minimal use, it won't come back on at all unless I shut it down & restart. A friend of mine has exact same pressure washer and his does the same thing. Called Simpson, who gave me authorized repair place 20 miles away. Called them & it will be about 6 weeks before they can look at it & 2 months before they can get parts & repair it if they deem it a warranty issue.Bought it from tractor supply but they won't do anything unless you bought their warranty.

Had less than a year only used 4 times. If you run it for hour or two and shut it down to take a break won’t restart unless it sits for an hour. Warranty repair shop said bad fuel issue without even letting me finish explaining problem. Pulled spark plug and no spark. Which tells me they used bad coils that when warm won’t work. Repair shop wanted $40 to say bad fuel no warranty coverage. Has nothing to do with fuel I run same can of fuel in my mower no issues . And never heard of bad fuel causing no spark😂 won’t buy this product again poor quality poor customer service!

Very good and strong machine have been using it for months and takes the abuse just had my first issue with it yesterday and the pull cord handle popped off
