PROS Stated first pull right out of the box. Has great pressure. Easy to use and runs great. CONS When I got the machine home the wand was missing. Called Rural King and they said bring it back and exchange for another one. I asked them to check the box before I left the store and it also was missing the wand. We then checked another box and it was missing ALL the attachments. They ended up taking a wand out of a 3100 machine which did fit my 3400. If you buy one check the box before you leave the store!! I can only imagine the headache I would have had if I purchased online and had it shipped to me.
My second power washer. First was a electric and very disappointing. This Simpson is awesome! Easy to follow instruction and set up. Engine started on second pull and runs great. Lots of pressure and easy to run and change nozzles. Very happy with it.
I read all the directions multiple times to make sure I was going to do things right and read several of the reviews. Everything work perfect both from the manual recommendations and the experiences that people had in their reviews. The first time I used it was for about three hours doing my driveway, two days later for a couple of hours I finished off the driveway and a walkway. I had no issues with the pressure washer and it performed just like the reviews that I read. My advice, follow the recommendations from the manual an I’m sure you’ll have a positive experience.
I bought this to replace my old pressure washer that was just getting tired . Well what an upgrade love the soap option and great pressure . I’ll be using this just for home so I’m sure my house will be clean for years to come
Bout one of these at our our local store. This replaced a Stihl 200 pressure washer I had nothing but problems with and it bit the dust after 3 uses. The Simpson assembly was simple (10 minutes) with clear instructions. The Simpson has more power than my old one, way better features than it and cost half what it did. I used this hard day one and probably hot started it 10 times. Hot or cold it started first pull every time! Seems very sturdy and not cheap at all. Very happy with my purchase and plan on spreading the word!
